It is so hard to believe that our baby is 8 weeks old already. I have 3 weeks before I have to go back to work and I am not looking forward to it! This is the best vacation I have ever had! John slept 7 hrs the last 2 nights and I am so excited about that! He is still nursing great and such a happy baby 95% of the time! He is 'talking' and cooing quite a bit when he's awake and giving us more and more smiles every day! I am back down to my prepregnant fluffy self and am hoping with nursing and toting John around I loose a few more lbs! I really think he is over 13 lbs now, and that gives me a workout! We went down to the Peter Anderson Festival in OS this weekend and got to show off to most of our home buddies! John has decided he likes ceiling fans and really big tvs like Grandpa has! He is really alert and checking out his environment, wherever we take him. Last night Scot and I took him to Olive garden and he was looking around, not fussing, but not sleeping! He's going to be nosey just like his momma!
