5th week

We are starting to try and smile more and more!
John really enjoyed his weekend at Grammie and Papa Magnusson's house!

Great Grandma Magnusson and John. She is 91, he is 5 weeks! She enjoyed visiting with him, and he fell asleep in her lap!
Our Little Pumpkin!

We had our first road trip this weekend. We went to north Alabama to visit with Grandma and Grandpa Magnusson. Scot had his 15th class reunion from High School. We left John with Grandma and Grandpa, and got a good report when we got back. It was fun meeting and visiting with some of Scot's prior classmates, tho I was disappointed not to get any really good stories! We got to introduce John to his Great Grandma Magnusson as well. I belive she was really taken with him. It turns out her fathers name was John as well, so it is an old family name too. It was hard to leave John behind for the evening, but he did well and I survived! John is really getting to be a vocal baby, he ooohs and Ahhhs before he gets to complaining about needing to eat! I have caught a couple good smiles after he eats, I can't wait to see more, they just melt my heart!
