quick update

Just a quick update from John's doctor visit yesterday! He is 20 lbs 14 oz (30%) and 31 inches tall!!! (90%) We have a long lean little guy! Dr Anderson called him athletic! He also said he was tired just watching me chase John down on the examining table! John pushes his toys around and can not stand order...guess he lives in the right house. Nothing can be in any box, stacked up, or on a table, his job is to take everything apart and remove everything from every table box and cupboard he can get into Our job is to pick it all back up, which is a very fun game for him! It took me 20 mins to put all the tupperware away after he spend about an hour strewing it all over the kitchen...thankfully I had swept and mopped that morning! He is still sleeping very well, usually goes down around 830 and gets up about 7. He is still taking 2 naps a day, usually about 45 mins in the morning and 2 hrs in the afternoon. We are adding whole milk and table foods to our huge diet! I am still using some baby foods just for variety, but anything he can feed himself he is a really big fan of. He loves macaroni, esp mac and cheese, peas, mandarin oranges, grapes, animal crackers. He is drinking well out of a sippy cup, but still takes a bottle here and there. We are done nursing and I met my goal of 1 year and not having to BUY any formula. John is LOVING music and bouncing around to the beat! Love Love Love it!
